Concorde Electronic City Masterplan at a Glance
The land, the number of homes and the built-up total set the scale of the plan, and together they give a density that can be worked out from the figures in the table.
Item / Concorde Electronic City
The built-up figure is a project total, not a size per home. The one scale figure that follows from the announced numbers is density: 300 homes divided by 4 acres is 75 homes an acre, and the "about" on the land and the homes carries through to it.
How Concorde Plans Its Apartment Communities
The eight apartment communities in the table run from 47.1 to 105.5 homes an acre on each community's acres and homes, and the table sets them side by side as earlier projects. The table is a record of earlier communities and is not a statement about the plan for Concorde Electronic City.
| Community | Where | Acres | Homes | Floors | Homes an acre |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Concorde Manhattans | Electronic City Phase I | 13 | 976 | - | 75.1 |
| Concorde Midway City | Electronic City Phase 1 | 5.1 | 240 | 8 to 9 floors | 47.1 |
| Concorde Wind Rush | Electronic City, Singena Agrahara | 6 | 534 | - | 89.0 |
| Concorde Sienna | Hennur Main Road, North Bengaluru | 3 | 260 | G+28 | 86.7 |
| Concorde Eleve | Old Madras Road | 2.16 | 136 | G+36 | 63.0 |
| Concorde Neo | Thanisandra Main Road | 4.02 | 424 | 2B+G+18 | 105.5 |
| Concorde Mayfair | Bellary Road, Yelahanka | 3.30 | 217 | G+14 | 65.8 |
| Concorde Antares | Vidyaranyapura | 7 | 592 | G+16 | 84.6 |
Each density is the homes divided by the acres in the same row, so Manhattans is 976 divided by 13, or 75.1. At about 75 homes an acre, Concorde Electronic City falls inside that range, level with Concorde Manhattans in Electronic City Phase 1. On their K-RERA registered land and homes, the nearby projects Mahendra Arto Helix, Habulus Tranquil, Habulus Oasis Grove and Prestige Suncrest work out to between 72.8 and 91.4 homes an acre, so about 75 also sits inside the band of the corridor.
Height is chosen project by project. Across its five apartment projects registered since December 2023, floors run from G+14 to G+36, and Concorde Midway City in Electronic City Phase 1 has 8 to 9 floors. Concorde has not announced towers or floors for Concorde Electronic City, so none is assumed here. Open space is part of the plan too: the 75% open space is at Concorde Sienna, a community of 260 homes on 3 acres, and no open-space share has been announced for this project.
Reading a Sanctioned Plan
A sanctioned plan shows where every tower, road, parking level and open space sits on the land, and it is the drawing to check the project against. Once Concorde announces the project, read the plan itself rather than an illustration, and check the points in the table.
| Look for | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Number and position of towers | Shows how the land is shared between buildings and open ground |
| Open-space share and where it sits | Tells you whether open space is a single block or scattered strips, and how it is counted |
| Entry and exit gates and internal road widths | Decide how residents and visitors move in and out |
| Parking levels and spaces per home | Shows how parking is provided: basement, podium or surface |
| Setbacks and fire-engine access | Show the gap between buildings and the boundary |
| Amenity block and its phase | Shows where it is built and in which phase it is delivered |
| Sanction date, reference and authority | Confirms what was approved, when, and by which authority |
| Water treatment, rainwater harvesting and power rooms | Show where the services sit on the land |
Check that the plan you are shown carries the same project name, promoter and location as the registration, and that the unit you are considering sits in a tower the plan shows.

Concorde Electronic City Master Plan FAQs
How big is Concorde Electronic City?
Concorde Electronic City is planned on about 4 acres with about 300 apartments and about 5.25 lakh sq ft of built-up area, which works out to about 75 homes an acre (300 homes on about 4 acres). Concorde has not announced the number of towers, floors or apartment sizes. The built-up figure is a project total, not a size per home, so it should not be divided by the number of apartments.
What has Concorde announced about towers, floors and amenities?
Concorde has not announced apartment sizes, towers or floors. The community is planned with amenities and lifestyle features; Concorde has not announced the list. For precedent, a 20,000 sq ft clubhouse and 23+ lifestyle amenities are at Concorde Manhattans in Electronic City Phase 1, and a 10,000 sq ft clubhouse with 75% open space is at Concorde Sienna on Hennur Main Road. Those are earlier projects and not a promise about this one, and the amenities page lists them with what to ask for.
What approvals has Concorde announced for Concorde Electronic City?
Concorde has announced no approvals for this project as at 7 October 2026, including a plan sanction or an environmental clearance. The project is also not registered with K-RERA as at 7 October 2026. Electronic City is outside the five Greater Bengaluru city corporations, and bringing it under the Greater Bengaluru Authority or the Bangalore Development Authority's planning area is under discussion (as at May 2026). Ask which local body and khata apply to the address once Concorde announces it, and ask for each approval in writing before you pay anything.
Is Concorde Electronic City RERA approved?
No. Concorde Electronic City is not registered with K-RERA as at 7 October 2026, and Concorde has announced no registration number or approvals for the project. Treat any RERA number or claim of RERA approval for this project with caution. Confirm any registration before you pay anything, and check that the project name, promoter and location on the registration match what you were shown.
What should I check before paying anything for Concorde Electronic City?
Check the K-RERA registration number and the promoter named on it, the sanctioned plan showing the towers, parking and open space, the land title and the khata, and the carpet and super built-up area of the home you are shown. Concorde has announced none of these for Concorde Electronic City as at 7 October 2026, so ask for each in writing once Concorde announces the project and compare the payment schedule against the proposed completion date registered with K-RERA.
