Concorde Electronic City Gallery
The impressions on this page picture an apartment community, from the air to the evening, and a second section places the neighbourhood around Electronic City Phase 1. Concorde Electronic City is a planned apartment community of about 300 homes on about 4 acres. Official imagery from Concorde Group follows once it announces the project, so every picture here is an indicative impression of an apartment community and not Concorde's drawing.
Upcoming - Concorde has not yet named this project or announced a price, and it is not registered with K-RERA as at 7 October 2026.
Concorde Electronic City Impressions
Five moments make up the visual story: the community seen from above, the way in, a tower from the ground, a landscaped open space and an evening view. Each carries the same indicative-impression wording.

| Impression | What it shows | Caption |
|---|---|---|
| Aerial view | An apartment community with open space, seen from the air with the city beyond | Indicative impression of an apartment community, not Concorde's drawing |
| Entrance | The approach and entrance to an apartment community | Indicative impression of an apartment community, not Concorde's drawing |
| Tower elevation | An apartment tower seen from the ground | Indicative impression of an apartment community, not Concorde's drawing |
| Landscaped open space | A landscaped open space between buildings | Indicative impression of an apartment community, not Concorde's drawing |
| Evening view | An apartment community at dusk | Indicative impression of an apartment community, not Concorde's drawing |
None of these pictures is a drawing by Concorde, a sanctioned plan or a photograph of the land. They carry no confirmed number of towers, floors, apartment sizes or amenities, because Concorde has not announced any of them, and none shows a swimming pool, clubhouse interior, gym, floor plan, unit interior, master plan or map.
Electronic City Through the Day
A day in Electronic City moves between school gates, campuses, Hosur Road, the metro and the shops, and each of them can be placed on a map from the Neotown Road area of Electronic City Phase 1.
| Part of the day | What is there | Routed road distance |
|---|---|---|
| Schools | EuroSchool Electronic City | about 1 km |
| Schools | Treamis World School | about 2 km |
| Campuses | Cyber Park, Hewlett Packard campus and Genpact | about 2 km |
| Campuses | Wipro (Electronic City campus) | about 2.5 km |
| Campuses | Infosys (Electronic City campus) | about 3 to 3.5 km |
| The road | Hosur Road (NH 44) at Hebbagodi | about 3 km |
| The metro | Biocon Hebbagodi station on the Yellow Line, open since 11 August 2025 | about 3 km |
| The shops | More (supermarket) | about 3 km |
| The shops | DMart | about 4 km |
| The shops | M5 ECity Mall | about 5.5 km |
All distances are routed road distances from the Neotown Road area of Electronic City Phase 1, a reference point for the locality, because Concorde has not announced the project's address.
Hosur Road is the corridor's main road, and NHAI is building grade separators on it (as at 3 March 2026), so the road keeps changing shape. The location page carries the full set of stations, work hubs, schools, hospitals and shops, each with its distance and status.

Concorde Electronic City Gallery FAQs
Has Concorde announced a project at Electronic City?
Yes. Concorde announced the project on 8 September 2026. The community is purely residential, on about 4 acres with about 5.25 lakh sq ft of built-up area. Concorde has not yet announced a name, address, price, tower count, apartment sizes, approvals or possession date, and this site follows the project from that announcement. Is Electronic City good for living?
Electronic City suits people who work nearby: the campuses of Infosys, Wipro, Biocon, HCL, Siemens and Hewlett Packard are each about 2 to 3.5 km by road from the Neotown Road area, and the Namma Metro Yellow Line has been open to the public since 11 August 2025. It is an office district first, so schools, hospitals and the one mall are a few kilometres away rather than next door: EuroSchool Electronic City is about 1 km, Kauvery Hospital, Electronic City about 5 km and M5 ECity Mall about 5.5 km. On the road side, NHAI is building grade separators on Hosur Road and has decided to widen about 7 km of its service roads (as at 3 March 2026), and a stretch of the road between Silk Board and Rupena Agrahara closed for two hours in heavy rain on 20 May 2025. Weigh the route to your own workplace first, because it shapes daily life in an office district.

Everyday shopping is by supermarket: More is about 3 km away, DMart and Nilgiri's about 4 km and Lulu Hypermarket, inside M5 ECity Mall, about 5.5 km. Retail here is a few kilometres away rather than next door, as it is for schools and hospitals.
