Amenities in Concorde's Earlier Communities

A clubhouse of 20,000 sq ft is at two of its Electronic City apartment communities, Concorde Manhattans and Concorde Wind Rush, and a clubhouse of 10,000 sq ft is at Concorde Sienna on Hennur Main Road. The table lists five apartment communities for which amenity details are available.

The two 20,000 sq ft clubhouses sit at the two largest Electronic City communities in the table, 976 and 534 homes, while the 10,000 sq ft clubhouse at Concorde Sienna is at a community of 260 homes. Concorde Epitome and Concorde Tech Turf, on 2.17 and 1.26 acres, are the compact communities, and their amenities are described in different ways: a count and a clubhouse at Epitome, named leisure facilities at Tech Turf. Concorde Sienna has the longest named list, so it is the entry to read for the specific facilities listed.

Visit a completed community such as Concorde Manhattans before you decide, and look at how its clubhouse is used. The location page gives its road distance from the Neotown Road area.

Concorde Electronic City Amenities FAQs

What has Concorde announced about towers, floors and amenities?

Concorde has not announced apartment sizes, towers or floors. The community is planned with amenities and lifestyle features; Concorde has not announced the list. For precedent, a 20,000 sq ft clubhouse and 23+ lifestyle amenities are at Concorde Manhattans in Electronic City Phase 1, and a 10,000 sq ft clubhouse with 75% open space is at Concorde Sienna on Hennur Main Road. Those are earlier projects and not a promise about this one, and the amenities page lists them with what to ask for.

What has Concorde built in Electronic City?

Concorde has built in Electronic City since its early years. Its Electronic City Phase 1 communities include Concorde Manhattans, an apartment community of 976 homes on 13 acres, Concorde Midway City, Concorde Tech Turf, and the villa communities Concorde Cuppertino and Concorde Silicon Valley, all completed. These are earlier, separate projects, so Concorde Electronic City is not a new phase of any of them. The builder page lists each with its scale.

Is Concorde Electronic City the same as Concorde Neo or Concorde Manhattans?

No. Concorde Electronic City is a separate, upcoming project. Concorde Manhattans and Concorde's other Electronic City communities are completed and are not part of it. Concorde Neo is a different Concorde apartment project on Thanisandra Main Road in north Bengaluru, and Neotown in Electronic City is a separate township, so the similar names do not mean the projects are linked.

Has Concorde announced a project at Electronic City?

Yes. Concorde announced the project on 8 September 2026. The community is purely residential, on about 4 acres with about 5.25 lakh sq ft of built-up area. Concorde has not yet announced a name, address, price, tower count, apartment sizes, approvals or possession date, and this site follows the project from that announcement. How do I register my interest in Concorde Electronic City?

Register your interest and you will hear when Concorde announces more about the project. The form asks to be told and takes no payment. Confirm any registration before you pay anything to anyone.
